Creating OC Essential Customer

Once you have created a customer lead which has been successfully connected to Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Status is shown as 'active'), you can apply the Live Platform license 'OC Essential'. In the process, a new CustomerID is generated for the new tenant together with a unique URL for accessing the Service portal. When a new customer is created, a unique SIP Connection is added on Live Platform for aggregating Calls, SIP Ladder and Alarms data for the service. You can create the SIP Connection between the customer tenant service and the SBC device (OnlinePSTNGateway) that is used to connect calls between the PSTN trunk and Microsoft Teams using the following methods:

Create SIP Connection based on the customer tenant ID (see Create OC Essentials Service based on Tenant ID)
Create SIP Connection based on a unique IP Group (see Create OC Essential Service with IP Group-based SIP Connection)
